Nicole loves a good story.   Hers begins like this...

Opening Shot: Nicole, a buttoned-up finance MBA working  in consulting, walks nervously into the boss' office to tell him "I quit".  Cut to: Nicole emerges from the NYC office building, excited about her newfound freedom. She tosses her unflattering work ID in the trash and struts down the street, never looking back. She's been called to something completely different - filmmaking.

A lifelong fan of storytelling in all forms - film, books, TV, music - Nicole always wanted to write and create content of her own. But for years, she had felt like a creative-type trapped within a businesswoman. Then Nicole realized that the creative and manager in her could co-exist - in the form of a video production company. Thus was born August Day Productions.

All aspects of filmmaking, from planning to production to editing, are a labor of love for Nicole. Her background in business as well as her creative instinct serve well when working with clients. August Day Productions prides itself on carrying out well-organized production shoots with small crews to deliver top-notch video content. Whether it be a product or service commercial, a short documentary for a milestone birthday or any of the other myriad content purposes, the personal touch of our work shines through...like an August Day ;-)
